Search tips

1. Watch out for spelling variants

If the same word can be written multiple ways, use OR search to cover them:

Starbucks OR Sutaba

2. Combine search types

A term may not appear in captions but may still be mentioned in speech. We recommend selecting both text and audio.

3. Use an appropriate date range

Too long a date range makes results harder to analyze. Start with 1 week to 1 month.

4. Use the commercial filter

  • To check coverage within programs -> exclude commercials
  • To check advertising exposure -> commercials only

Saving search conditions

You can save frequently used search conditions.

  1. After running a search, click the "Save" button
  2. Re-run it later from My Page (/account/my-page)
