About notification emails

Sender

Notification emails are sent from [email protected].

If you don't receive them

  1. Check your spam folder
  2. Allow-list the @sdio.co.jp domain
  3. Confirm that your settings were saved correctly
  4. Confirm that a search type and channels are selected

See Notification Issues for details.

Best practices

1. Be specific with keywords

Overly generic keywords return a large volume of results that are hard to review.

Good example: Starbucks Frappuccino Avoid: coffee

2. Split groups by purpose

  • One for monitoring your own brand
  • One for monitoring competitors
  • One for industry trends

Splitting groups by purpose makes them easier to manage.

3. Match frequency to purpose

  • Daily: Right after a PR announcement, during a campaign, or when speed matters
  • Weekly: Regular ongoing monitoring
  • Monthly: Tracking long-term trends
