Login Issues

Here's how to resolve common login problems.

You can log in to TVPulse from the following URL:

Common problems and solutions

1. Incorrect email address or password

If you see "Email address or password is incorrect":

Solution:

  • Check for typos in your email address (case, spelling)
  • Check that Caps Lock is not on
  • Check for full-width/half-width character input

2. Forgot your password

Solution:

  1. Click "Forgot your password?" on the login screen
  2. Enter your registered email address
  3. Click "Send reset email"
  4. Set a new password using the link in the email you receive
Note: Password reset emails expire after 24 hours

3. Password reset email not received

Solution:

  1. Check your spam folder
  2. Add @sdio.co.jp to your allow list
  3. Wait a few minutes and resend
  4. Check whether you might have registered a different email address

4. Password has expired

For security reasons, you may occasionally need to update your password.

Solution:

You'll be automatically taken to the password setup screen when you log in. Set a new password.

Password requirements:

  • At least 8 characters
  • Must contain letters and numbers

5. Account locked

Repeated failed login attempts will temporarily lock your account.

Solution:

  • Wait for the time shown in the error message before trying again
  • Contact support if you need to log in immediately

6. reCAPTCHA error

If you see "reCAPTCHA verification failed":

Solution:

  1. Click "Retry"
  2. Reload the page (F5)
  3. Clear your browser cache
  4. Try a different browser

7. Connection timeout

If you see "Request timed out":

Solution:

  1. Check your internet connection
  2. Wait a moment and try again
  3. Temporarily turn off VPN if you're using one

If you don't have an account

New account registration is currently handled on an inquiry basis.
